Thai Table Yoga Massage

Thai massage is a type of massage in Thai style that involves stretching and deep massage. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils are used in Thai massage. It is known in Thailand as the ancient-manner massage.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a 'light touch' therapy using 5 grams of pressure OR LESS, to gently release tension patterns and restrictions within the cranio sacral system. This system consists of the bones in your skull, spine, sacrum (hips), the cerebrospinal fluid, diaphragms and fascia that all interconnect in between. As restrictions within the nerve pathways are released Cerebrospinal fluid is now able to flow freely and optimally, Often allowing bones to naturally move back in to alignment. Cranio Sacral Therapy is commonly used to treat mental stress, back and neck pain, TMJ Syndrome, migraines and for chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
